His background makes him a great fit for our growing partner ecosystem and our mission to help organizations get more value from Microsoft Teams.
With CC4Teams, partners can deliver a certified, enterprise ready customer contact solution that brings voice, digital channels, routing, reporting, customer context, and AI together inside Microsoft Teams.
Joe’s focus will be on making it easier for partners in North America to help their customers modernize customer communication, strengthen service experiences, and scale their contact center offering with confidence.
