CC4Teams passes Microsoft 365 App Certification

CC4Teams has passed the Microsoft 365 App Certification assessment. The certification provides independent verification that CC4Teams has been reviewed against Microsoft requirements covering application security, operational security, and data handling and privacy.

What Microsoft reviewed

The published certification results show a pass across three important areas:

Application security
This includes penetration testing and vulnerability assessment controls designed to identify and address potential security risks.

Operational security
Microsoft reviewed areas such as patch management, secure software development, account management, security event monitoring, incident response, change control, and business continuity.

Data handling and privacy
The assessment covers the protection of data in transit and at rest, data access management, retention and disposal processes, and GDPR related controls.

The Microsoft certification page also confirms that CC4Teams is hosted on Microsoft Azure, integrates with Microsoft Entra ID and does not transfer customer data or content to third parties or subprocessors.
